General Tips

 
 
  •  The classes are there for You - for every fitness level! We want you to feel free and unleashed and leave whatever weighs you down on the bike and barbell.

  • Hydrate yourself on minimum 750-1000ml water during a classes and with good protein & electrolyte intake after every training for a speedy recovery.

  • If you love the morning sessions we recommend a small light breakfast 1.5 – 2 hours before joining a class and plenty of water.

  • Do not hesitate to slow down, and recover a moment at any point during the class if it gets too challenging for you. Remember at any time you can reduce resistance and or go slower and just enjoy the beat. Just keep on moving easy. 

  • Don’t be afraid to consult the HEARTBEAT coaches with any health questions, even during a class. Just reach out.

  • Don’t give up !! Each class you participate in will only make you stronger, you will not regret it!

  • Take it, Fake it - but Make it and move forward!

  • For fast results, we highly recommend PERSONAL TRAINING and plugging in with MYZONE. For more info ask our Check-In or coaches.

  • If you are pregnant or have never exercised before consult a HEARTBEAT member before exercising. We have coaches specialisted in pre and post natal workouts.

  • For Personal Training the client needs to sign up an additional agreement with extra payment.
