Designed by cyclists, scientists, and music lovers, these sessions pulse to deep beats, from techno to indie, punk, and grunge, syncing every pedal stroke with perfect beat, rhythm and resistance.

Get ready for our 75-minute indoor cycling class – SPIN, SHINE & SLAY! This fan favorite books up a week ahead on the weekly schedule, so grab your spot fast! Torch 1000+ calories with the best of spinning and beat cycling. It’s a challenge, but don’t worry – it’s doable for EVERYONE, including newbies. You do you! We’ll guide you, but you set the pace. "Fake it or take it, just gonna make it!" It’s as easy as riding a bike ;)

HIIT STUDIO
A & A Abs & Ass
Abs & Ass is an intense workout on our functional HIIT floor, specifically targeting your abs and … ass after an aero dynamic functional warm-up.
This workout is for anyone who wants to be strong in every sport and daily movement – because your core and glutes are what keep you upright and ready for anything!

We’ll work those inner muscles of your torso and legs, while shaping and toning your abs and booty to perfection – making them visible again ;)
Crafted by our experts, A & A is all about building strength, stability, and endurance in your core, abdominals, back, and, of course, your glutes.
​
Using light to medium weight plates and bodyweight moves on the mat, this workout will have you seeing results and feeling great in no time!


PUMP
Welcome to PUMP, our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session designed to sculpt and tone your body through fast-paced intervals and high repetitions – the rep effect. Focusing on speed and resistance, this workout is all about toning and building lean muscle, not bulking, while maximizing the after-workout fat burn, known as the EPOC effect.
​
This session is designed to boost your strength, cardiovascular fitness, and muscle efficiency for everyday movements. Using a combination of barbells, weight plates, and bodyweight exercises on our functional floor, you'll target all major muscle groups with many repetitions to promote a lean, toned, and fit physique.
​
#NotForEveryone ;) – PUMP is a challenge where you will definitely sweat and find your benchmark. Every fitness level is welcome, with plenty of options to suit your needs! We'll keep you motivated and help you achieve results throughout the session.

CIRCUIT
Join us for CIRCUIT, where it’s not really a circuit – it’s an intense mix of Metcom/EMOM, Tabata, and Amrap stations, all right at your spot. This full-body conditioning routine blends endurance, agility, and high-intensity resistance exercises. Speed, Power, Strength! And don’t worry – it’s designed for all fitness levels as we have all the individual options in our pockets!

No machines needed – you are the machine! You’ll power through stations with a mix of equipment like weight plates (with or without barbells), TRX, rings, dumbbells and your Personal Trainer Coach guiding you to push your limits and boost your functional strength and muscular endurance. The goal here is lean muscle, not bulk.

BAZE & FLEXX
Pilates Abs & Stretch
BAZE & FLEXX is a core workout inspired by Pilates, designed to strengthen your back and abs. Originally tailored for elite athletes, it's now available for everyone.

This program helps build core strength, improve stability, and boost endurance with a mix of weighted exercises, dumbbell routines, and mat-based movements. Each session ends with a full-body stretch to enhance flexibility and balance.

BAZE & FLEXX is the perfect addition after an intense cardio workout, helping to relieve and prevent back pain while improving overall mobility and recovery. Feel stronger, more balanced, and ready for your next challenge.
